External Damage Exclusion: Please note that this policy does not cover any external damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence on the part of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by activities such as gardening, cleaning, or other activities that may impact the integrity of your nails.

Free Fix Procedure: If you encounter any issues with your nails within the two-week period, please contact Shape of Nails to schedule a free fix appointment. During this appointment, our experienced nail technicians will assess the problem and provide a suitable solution, which may include nail repair, polish touch-up, or related services.

Limitations: The 2 Weeks Free Fix Nail Policy applies to the original nail services received at Shape of Nails and cannot be used for any additional or new nail services. This policy is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
